Summary: a few annoying features

My first BluRay player...I like the quality of the machine;plays discs beautifully, runs Netflix very well. My first complaint is this: if I watch part of a disc and shut the machine off, I have to look for my place in the movie; it doesn't cue it up for me. Secondly, on the Netflix side, it has to download my Queue EVERY TIME I TURN IT BACK ON!!!! There are 400+ movies in there; it take an annoying couple of minutes.
I would definitely do more research the next time I buy one. Other than these 2 things, it does a nice job.

I am not good with all things technological. I hooked this puppy up to our 46"Samsung LCD TV in 5 minutes. OK maybe 10. Huge improvement over previous upconverter. Remote works well, easy to use. Missed the zoom feature on cheap old one. Definitely satisfied.

This product is super easy to use. Love the video streaming and the youtube. I only wish that you could connect wirelessly and that would have made this one great. I must say that the sound and video quality is excellent. Easily connects with the LG tv as well. This one gets a seal of approval from someone who want things to be simple to use. Two thumbs up.

Summary: A very good blu-ray player

This Blu-ray player is great. It loads fast, has great features such as Netflix streaming. I also have a LG plasma TV and I can control the most important video functions directly through my TV remote while keeping the solid doors of my entertainment center closed, where the blu-ray player is.

Bought this LG BD370 in November 2009. At the end of February 2010 it stopped reading disks of any kind. Worked with LG support to solve problem but they finally said the unit needed to be returned for repair. I was 5 days past my 90 day warranty so they want me to send the unit with a money order for $69 for them to repair the player. I am not going to spend $69 to repair this marginal player. I am looking for a new player, not LG, with a better warranty.
